Bettinyo Privacy Policy

Bettinyo provides sports prediction information for adults. The app does not accept bets, manage wagering funds, process payouts, or guarantee any sports result.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect or process:

• An anonymous Firebase user ID used to associate subscription access with the app installation.
• Google Play purchase token, product ID, subscription state, expiry time, and related order information needed to verify paid VIP access.
• Technical app-integrity and security signals processed by Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity to prevent unauthorized access and abuse.
• If you allow optional usage measurement: app opens, sessions, screen and category visits, navigation actions, app-instance and device information, purchase events, and approximate region derived from your network connection, processed by Google Analytics for Firebase.

Bettinyo does not request location permissions, contacts, photos, microphone access, or full payment-card details. The app does not include advertising. Advertising ID collection and personalized advertising are disabled for Analytics.

How We Use Information

• To display free prediction content and paid VIP content.
• To verify Google Play subscriptions and keep paid VIP access active while valid.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• To maintain entitlement records and respond to access problems.
• With your permission, to understand app usage and improve navigation and reliability.

Payments

Paid digital content is handled through Google Play Billing. Bettinyo does not receive or store full card numbers or banking credentials. Google Play may process payment information according to Google's own policies.

Firebase and Google Services

Bettinyo uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, App Check, and optional Google Analytics for Firebase, together with Google Play Billing and the Google Play Developer API. These services may process anonymous identifiers, subscription verification data, and integrity or security signals on our behalf. Optional Analytics also processes usage and technical information as described above. Our custom usage events contain screen names, category identifiers, and navigation actions, not user-entered messages, email addresses, or purchase tokens.

Optional Usage Measurement

Analytics collection is off until you choose Allow. You can decline without affecting access to free content or subscriptions. You can change your choice at any time in the app's side menu under Privacy Settings. Turning measurement off stops future Analytics collection and resets Analytics data on your device; it does not automatically delete records already sent to Google.

Analytics creates an app-instance identifier to measure usage. It may derive approximate region from masked IP information; it does not use device location permissions. The app disables advertising ID collection, advertising storage, advertising user data, and personalized advertising. We do not set a named account ID for Analytics or link custom usage events to your Firebase subscription identity.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers such as Google/Firebase and Google Play where needed for app functionality, security, payment processing, subscription verification, and optional usage measurement. We do not use this information for advertising and do not sell it.

Data Retention and Deletion

Subscription and entitlement records are kept while needed to provide access, comply with platform requirements, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may request deletion of app-related account data by contacting us at the address below or by following the data deletion instructions. Some transaction information may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Age and Responsible Use

Bettinyo is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Users must follow the laws in their location. Prediction information is not financial advice and should not be treated as a guaranteed outcome.
